These terms and conditions govern your use of the Aivi mobile application and related services provided by Zentropi LLC.
By downloading, installing, or using the Aivi mobile application ('App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Aivi turns your photos into new images with AI templates (for example headshots, restored old photos, ID photos and color analysis) and creates images from a text you type (Create). Your photos and texts are processed securely in the cloud by our AI processing partner to create your image.
We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Each template and style shows its price in credits before you start. Credits come with a subscription or a one-time credit pack, bought through Apple. Payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms; a subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the App to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
Aivi creates a pseudonymous account for you. You are responsible for the use of the App on your device and for keeping your Apple Account secure. You can delete your data in the App at any time.
Only upload photos of yourself or of people who agreed to it. Under 18? Use Aivi only with a parent's or guardian's consent, and never upload photos of other minors without their parent's or guardian's consent. Do not create content that is sexual, violent, hateful, misleading about real people, or that infringes the rights of others. Every request is checked automatically before an image is made, and you can report any result in the App. We may refuse a request or remove content that breaks these rules.
The Aivi app, including its design, code and features, is owned by Zentropi LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The AI models are provided by our AI processing partner.
You retain ownership of the content you create using our App. However, by using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.
Images are created by our AI processing partner's models. A result can resemble existing works or people; you are responsible for how you use and share your results, and for making sure that use complies with applicable laws.
In-App Purchases: Some features may require payment through in-app purchases processed by the App Store.
Subscriptions: Subscription services automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds: Refund policies are governed by the App Store's terms and conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentropi LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to this App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or our business.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and all associated data.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
